DramaNest is a digital subscription service operated by SoftAI Digital Media Limited. This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled.

Digital service access

Because DramaNest provides online digital content access, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once account access has been activated, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, billing error, or unresolved technical access failure.

Refund request window

Customers may contact billing@softai.fun within 7 days of purchase for billing review. Please include the account email, transaction reference, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current active subscription period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
